Delivery & Assembly

  • Is the order assembled at the delivery?
    Yes, we take care of the assembly of the ordered office furniture. When we deliver the products, we will assemble the furniture and install it at the right place. We take back the plastic and packaging material. In this way, you do not have to worry about anything!
  • What costs are associated with my order?
    Based on your order, assembly and delivery costs will be charged. This concerns the costs of delivering, assembling and placing the ordered products in the right place. The costs for this depends on the order value and are calculated in the shopping cart.
  • What does the delivery process look like?
    We strive for fast delivery. You will be kept informed about the shipment of your order. Have you placed an order? You will receive an order confirmation, after which we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. After the contact, you will receive the invoice for the order, which must be paid 2 days before the delivery time. Have you met this requirement? Then we will deliver the order assembled to you.
  • Can I choose a delivery date?
    You can choose a desired delivery date in the shopping cart and we strive to deliver on this date. However, if it is not possible on the desired date due to, for example, stock problems, we will contact you about this.
  • What happens to products with different delivery times?
    We try to ship in one delivery whenever possible. However, this is not always possible. For example, when the delivery time of the products deviates too much. In that case, we will deliver the products on different delivery times. Of course, this will be done in consultation with you.
  • Will I be informed if the delivery time changes?
    If the delivery time changes, we will certainly keep you informed. Together, we will agree on the replaced delivery time which will be used.
  • Do you also deliver abroad?
