  • How do I find the correct product?
    You can find the desired product via the search bar or choose the product via the navigation bar. Is your ideal product not listed? Then you can always request for quotation, containing your wishes. We are happy to help you with the search.
  • How do I place an order?
    Add the desired product(s) to the shopping cart, determine the payment method and complete the order in the shopping cart.
  • Do I pay delivery costs?
    Yes, you pay delivery and assembly costs. This is a percentage depending on the total value of your order. These costs are calculated in the shopping cart. The services included are for shipping, assembling, and placing the furniture at the right place.
  • Can I still change or cancel my order?
    We always want to make a suitable offer for the customer. A lot is possible when the notification is given on time. Have you ordered customer-specific products, such as a customized Meetingbox? Then it is not possible to change or cancel the order. Therefore, it is obviously important to map out your wishes and expectations beforehand. Do you have any questions about this? Then contact us.
  • Can I order a part of a product?
    Yes, this is possible. Do you need new batteries for a smart lock? Or do you need a new wheel for your office chair? Then we will be happy to solve this for you.
  • What are the payment options?
    At this moment, you can pay by invoice and iDEAL. Choose your preferred payment option at the checkout.
  • I have lost the invoice, can I get a copy?
    No problem. You can send an email to [email protected] or contact us by phone and we will look up your invoice.
  • My payment failed, what now?
