    The advantages of renting:

    • You pay a 1-month rent deposit
    • You can up- or downscale the office furniture monthly
    • The rent is monthly terminable
    • Renting offers you a lot of flexibility
    • You have a 2-year guarantee

    The advantages of rent-purchase:

    • No upfront investments
    • Possibility to pay in 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months
    • An interesting form of payment for investors
    • After payment of the first installment, you are economically already the owner
    • By paying the last term, you become the (legal) owner
    • You have a 2-year guarantee
